We swung by Northcliffe Park in Shipley, West Yorkshire on our recent journey back from Leeds as we'd seen the park was home to a Putting Course.

Unfortunately the Ticket Office was closed (and looked long since abandoned!) and there was nowhere else to hire clubs and balls from.

The Putting Course at Northcliffe Park in Shipley became the 975th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006.

We had a walk round the 18-hole Crazy Golf course at Marine Gardens in Fleetwood on our recent return trip to the seaside town.

We first visited the layout on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in 2012.

The location is also home to a Pitch & Putt course.

There was once a Crazy Golf course a stone's throw away at Marine Hall Gardens. We played that course in 2009. Sadly it was removed in 2012.

It was the 684th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. Sadly I was in the city a day after the pop-up had closed so no clubs or balls were available. At least the holes were still there.

We were in Leeds at the weekend and while chatting to my friend Morrt at the Collectorabilia event I found out that Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf had closed down!

We visited Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf in Leeds last June. The venue was home to two 18-hole indoor adventure golf layouts.

Three years ago we made the move up to Greater Manchester from Luton. Just after arriving I was in Manchester city centre and found a Crazy Golf course at Spinningfields.

Unfortunately I was one day too late to play it!

Luckily the holes were still in place, so I was able to at least look at them in the shopping and dining area.

The Spinningfields Tee Party Crazy Golf course became the 684th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006. We've now been to 911 courses.

Crazy Golf Football

Luckily since we've moved up here a number of new permanent minigolf courses have opened up in the city centre, including Junkyard Golf on First Street, Roxy Crazy Golf at Roxy Ball Room on Deansgate and Treetop Adventure Golf at The Printworks.

We were lucky enough to visit Blackpool twice in August last year and that meant we were able to revisit a number of miniature golf courses there.

One of them was the abandoned Crazy Golf course at Starr Gate in Blackpool.

Abandoned Crazy Golf course at Starr Gate in Blackpool

A look at the derelict former Arnold Palmer Putting Course at Starr Gate in Blackpool.

We had a day out in Blackpool on Friday 10th August and parked up at the Starr Gate end of the promenade so we could take a look at the Crazy Golf course near the tram terminus.

It's in a terrible abandoned state now and looks even worse than on our last visit in 2016.

It's a shame to see it sitting derelict and abandoned. Ten years ago the course became the 45th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
