Mini Golf Masters

This week will see a number of Mini Masters miniature golf tournaments taking place.


Teeing-off on Wednesday 4th April is the first MiniLinks Mini Major of the year at MiniLinks in Lytham Saint Annes.

DinoFalls Adventure Golf at Trafford Golf Centre in Manchester is hosting its first-ever DinoFalls Masters tournament between Thursday 5th and Sunday 8th April.

On Sunday 8th April two CrazyPutt Masters Tournaments are being held at the CrazyPutt Adventure Golf courses in Nottingham and London.

You can find the CrazyPutt Adventure Golf courses at the Riverside Family Golf Centre in Nottingham and the N1 Golf Greenwich Peninsula Golf Range in London.

In April 2007 I made my British Minigolf Association tournament debut in the British Masters. This year the 18th staging of the event will be at Mr Mulligan’s Dino Golf in Sidcup on Sunday 22 April.

Back in 2009 I won the Mini Masters at the Championship Miniature Golf course in Manchester.

End of 2014 minigolf season BMGA rankings

National Strokeplay Order of Merit and Season Only ranking updates from the British Minigolf Association at the end of the 2014 season.

The official British minigolf rankings have been updated following the Planet Hastings Crazy Golf Club Open tournament.

There were eleven strokeplay ranking competitions in the 2014 season. I competed in nine of the events, with Emily competing in six of the tournaments.

Emily and I also competed in the BMGA British Doubles Championship, which counted towards the national matchplay Order of Merit. We were unable to play in the BMGA British Matchplay Championships this year.

In the BMGA Season Only Rankings at the end of the 2014 season Emily finished 21st of 91 players, I was ranked in 25th position.

The BMGA Season Only Rankings also contain a team listing. I am a member of the Midlands Minigolf Club that is ranked 2nd of five clubs. Emily is a member of the Cambridgeshire & Essex Mini Golf Club that finished the year in 4th place.

The BMGA's season-ending British Club Championships was abandoned due to weather on the 23 November.

In the BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit Rankings Emily finished the 2014 season tied in 20th place of 55 players, I was 38th.

We are both listed in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class rankings. In the women's rankings Emily is in tied 120th position of 128 places (132 players). In the men's rankings I am ranked in tied 397th place of 413 places (419 players).

Worldwide there are over 38,000 Minigolf players registered with the WMF, 1,000 courses approved for competitions, 900 clubs and over 1,500 Minigolf tournaments held each year.

BMGA minigolf rankings update after the Kent Open

National Strokeplay Order of Merit and Season Only ranking updates from the British Minigolf Association.

The official British minigolf rankings have been updated following the KMGC Kent Open tournament held at the Lost Island Encounter Adventure Golf Course in Chislehurst.

British Minigolf Rankings update from the BMGA

The official British minigolf rankings have been updated following the 2014 World Crazy Golf Championships held at the Arnold Palmer Crazy Golf course in Hastings, East Sussex.

In the BMGA Season Only Rankings following the Midlands Open Emily is at 14th of 57 players, while I am in 25th place.

Emily and I are both ranked in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class ranking lists.

In the current BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit rankings Emily is at 22 of 53 players (52 places), while I am in 43rd place.

In the BMGA Season Only Rankings following the Splash Point Open Emily is at 20th of 51 players, while I am in 26th place.

Emily and I are both ranked in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class ranking lists. In the women's rankings Emily is in tied 120th position of 128 places / 132 players. In the men's rankings I am ranked in tied 397th place of 413 places / 419 players.

British Minigolf Association Ranking updates following the BMGA British Championships

In the latest update of the official BMGA Order of Merit for 2013/14 I am ranked in 10th place of 85 places (138 players).

Latest British Minigolf Association Ranking Updates

Ranking updates from the British Minigolf Association following the BMGA British Masters tournament in Worthing.

The British Minigolf Association has updated the ranking lists following the 2014 BMGA British Masters held at the excellent Splash Point Mini Golf course in Denton Gardens, Worthing on Sunday 13th April.

In the latest update of the official BMGA Order of Merit for 2013/14 I have moved up from 11th place of 79 places (135 players) to be ranked as the new British number 7. A total of 137 players are ranked in the list in 84 places.

Following a very strong showing at the BMGA British Masters Emily has also moved up in the BMGA Order of Merit rankings from 34th place to 26th. The move inside the top 32 players in the UK also means she is now a Category 2 player for the first time in her Minigolf career
